By making a reservation for the Valentine's Celebration ("Event") at Cattle Ranch Cafe ("Organizer," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "your") expressly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.
1. Introduction
- Organizer & Venue: The Event is organized by Cattle Ranch Cafe, located at 6939 Schaefer Ave, Chino, CA 91710 (Phone: (909) 590-3006).
- Event Dates: Our Valentine's Celebration will be held throughout the entire month of February 2024. You may select any available date within this range, subject to capacity.
- Non-Affiliation: Any references to third-party services (e.g., live musical performers or photographers) are provided solely for informational purposes. Cattle Ranch Cafe assumes no responsibility for such third-party services.
2. Packages & Inclusions

3. Reservations & Deposit
- Online Reservation Form: You must complete our reservation form accurately, providing your name, email, chosen date within February 2024, package selection, and total number of guests.
- Nonrefundable Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure each reservation. This deposit covers administrative and preparatory costs associated with guaranteeing seating and services at Cattle Ranch Cafe.
- Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the reservation form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full, and that you agree to be bound by them.
- Full Payment / Balance: If there is a remaining balance due after the deposit, it must be paid in full no later than upon arrival for your selected date. Your reservation is only confirmed once the required deposit has been processed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposit Policy: The deposit paid to secure your reservation is nonrefundable under all circumstances.
- 24-Hour Cancellation Deadline: If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation time. Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of the reserved date will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your reservation ("no-show") results in the forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Cancellation Procedure: To cancel, you must contact us by phone at (909) 590-3006 or via our website's email contact form. The timestamp of your cancellation request will determine your eligibility for a refund (excluding the nonrefundable deposit).
15. Final Acknowledgment
By completing your reservation and/or attending the Event, you warrant that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
